About
Bio
I live in Hoover, AL with my wife, Mia, our daughter, Chloe, and our rambunctious pit bull mix, Gumbo. The picture on the right captures two of my interests: visiting National Parks and birding (if you look closely, there's a California Condor far in the distance).
Education
I received my Ph.D. in philosophy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2020. Before UNC, I received a BA in philosophy from Louisiana State University and an MSc in philosophy and public policy from the London School of Economics.
Employment
I am currently Visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of Philosophy at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Prior to that, I was Postdoctoral Fellow with the Political Economy Project and Lecturer in the Department of Philosophy at Dartmouth College.

Before pursuing academic philosophy, I was an Economic Policy Analyst with the Louisiana Department of Revenue, where I analyzed tax policy, focusing on revenue, economic impact, and distributive impact forecasting.
